I have a brand new, never used catalytic converter that I bought for my 2.0L Cobalt SS Supercharged for sale. Paid just under $750 for it from my local dealer. want to get rid of it and can sell it for a low price.

You can but a brand new ZZP high flow downpipe with a magnaflow cat, for $199. And it flows much better than the stock one. $750.00 for a stock cat thats nuts!!!!! I am hoping you had a typo and its really $75.00.

 

Well, it is not a typo unfortunately. A new cat from General Motors for an LSJ is $649.00 before 14% taxes which makes it worth about $740. It is the result two things, living in Canada and getting screwed by the US on prices even though our dollar is at par and buying the factory components from GM for the vehicle. like i said though i would be willing to sell it for a very reasonable price.

 

you can buy a magnaflow high efficiency cat at partsource for $99
never buy a part at GM that you can get elsewhere.

also the gm cat is covered for some insane amount of km, so u wont have much luck selling it when most ppl can get em free
