http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MESE:IT&ih=005.

It's for a cavalier, but looks like a shorty, so it looks like it would fit. DC Sports so great quality...

What you guys think? Worth a shot?

other headers are less than that price anyway. then what if it doesn't fit? you're stuck trying to sell a header for a cavalier.

my best suggestion would be to see if you can do a test fit to see if it'll work if it does you'll take it

go with pacesetter....don't trust that it will fit based on the ecotech platform...yeah the bolt pattern may work...buy why risk whether or not the dp will be in the position...get something based on the cobalt...different engine bays...go with Balt

Why are so many members on here so freakin' stupid. If you own a Cobalt, you buy Cobalt parts.

... man alive, i just asked a question. We don't have all these sport tuning shops around here and I live in an apartment building where last time I ordered stuff they left it at the front door... outside, at the front door.

And how does lowballing him make me a dirtbag? I'm not gunna offer like $40 and be serious about it.

All I asked was would it fit, or be worth it. Your side comments about me being a dirtbag, duchebag, or whatever was severly uncalled for.

Not trying to be a dick but if someone is "oohing" and "aahing" cause you have a DC Sports Header, they need to get a life.

People look too much into company names like it gives them credit or something.

Function > Brand Names

To answer your question, it will bolt up but like everyone has already stated, the room factor might be a issue. I'd personally look into a Pacesetter header just for the fact you don't have to have someone make a B-Pipe for you.

it looks like it wont fit. cyl. #1 has a lil freaky thing goin on with the port on the balts. I have a pic somewhere of the manifold. let me find it.

here

its hard to make out, but port 1 is extended. and I just saw that the o2 sensor is in the wrong place. I don't know if that makes a diff or not. hope this helps.

That port is for O2 recirc I think. It was never used and is a pointless port in the head.

Thanks though. It would been a pointless mod at the moment anyways as I don't have any other exhuast mods done. Just a cheap intake.
