We got lots of snow here. I had fun cruising around in the cobalt with winter tires... I forgot how much fun it is. Almost makes up for the cold and how ugly the poor girl looks with her steelies.

I had to use the stability control on the car this morning. Had it off for a bit, then decided to turn it back on...

What is this winter driving?
For me city winter driving = old ass Blazer.
I've been lucky enough to keep the Cobalt in the garage since the first snow fall. Winter tire are on, and ready for the Christmas trip home!

On a side note, Jen's new Grand Prix got ran into at Wheaton Pontiac. A car load of idiots were doing 40+ in the parking lot and figured they could stop on ice really quick...

god, i gotta move up north where it actually snows during the winter. Down here in New Hampshire im lucky to see a good 1 foot snow storm twice a season now. Snow doesnt even stay on the ground, it always melts the next day. Any good jobs up there?

haha thats a great beak how hondas are only made so GM owners can have somthing to drive in the winter.. it would be a wicked bumper sticker......and a good way to get your car bashed. or stabbed i gess, thats what honda drivers do.

We had our first good snow Monday night (a couple inches) and it was slick Tuesday morning, got a skiff last night too. I was following a Mustang Tuesday that ended up sliding off the road in front of me across some irrigation pipe and into a field. I stopped and helped, had a dariyman stop and helped tow the car out, then got to work late after leaving 15 mins early.

I was really surprised at how well the stock Pirellis did in on the slick roads, I figured they would have low traction but so far with lite throttle it's not so bad. Wasn't too impressed with the ABS, not much difference from the Sunfire I had though, I guess.
