First off this isnt vendor bashing but i ordered the group buy from them last year with the 2.79 pulley injectors and tune. They still owe me over $300 from it. Ive emailed them, called them, talked to mel, and all he tells me is to speak with the secretary. Well for weeks i tried calling her and shes "never" there. Thats what they all tell me. This is from last march!! What can i do next?? They are in canada and im in the us.

You could always try calling paypal to get it refunded. I have to do that soon because a recommended vendor from here never shipped my cai....

but its from 8 months ago. Can they just take money out of there account?? I also have printed old emails from them telling me they are going to refund it from march. And all mel tells me is that it was a mix up and id have to talk to the secretary.

i dont think it'll get locked.. as far as i know, tag isnt a vendor anymore.

tag is not a vendo, i was involved with that group buy too, and got my money back becasue of poor public PR. there is a reason why they are not a memeber. i only got my money back because i asked right away back in march i belive. keep talkin to them and say youl contact the BBB or authorites. you have all the right to contact them and figure out what the hells going on.

but did your freind contact a lawyer? most of the time all you have to do is talk to one, hel mail or fax a offical letter to the company and that usually scares them into paying up.

SANDERS,Are you the one who chop the exhaust system in three pieces? And decide to return it. Because you said it did melt your bumper.Why in the hell you modified the exhaust and try to return it.

I have no experience with TAG...a while back i was going to upgrade my car...I called up and talked to Mel (I believe...he was the guy with the accent) ... he told me that it couldn't be done for like a month...then i heard about another company and went with them instead. From the sounds of all these angry people, I suppose that I may have gotten lucky.
