Losing Clutch Pressure in Power Enrichment

Just a little background info. I have 2.4L SS, that i have supercharged. Full Transmission mounts, motor mounts, and control arm bushings (aka no wheel hop). I recently installed a fidanza lightweight flywheel and a spec stage 3+ clutch.

I burnt the **** out of my stock 2.4 clutch (clutch wasnt designed for the forced induction i added). while just cruising around the pedal feels firm and grabby like an aftermarket clutch should. but if i get on it, (entering power enrichment/boost, even for short periods of time) the clutch pedal starts to lose pressure in it almost as if there is air in the system (not like the clutch is slipping, i know what that feels like). The clutch engagement point drops nearly to the floor rather near the middle of the petal where it should be. It almost feels like there is still air in the system, however i have bled this using the clutch bleeder valve and a vacuum pump, so i'm fairly certain there is no air in the system.

When the clutch 'loses pressure', it makes it very difficult to shift, however it still goes into gear. and almost every time i go into 3rd, it grinds a little bit (even with the pedal flush on the floor)

I've also changed my transmission fluid recently (to gm specs) so it should be fine.

any ideas?

anyone else experiencing this? seems similar to the symptoms in the post i found here:
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...&highlight=dot

but it looks like he has yet to find a solution.

bump anyone?

if you pump the clutch a few times does it make it easier to shift?

you said you replaced/filled all the fluids and are certain theres no air in the lines? I think thats usually the symptoms of a failing master or slave cylinder.

Does the clutch pedal return to the regular spot or does it slowly come back up/ stay lower than it should?

**now I could be wrong, especially with a relatively new car, where are all the guys that know everything 100% about cars! lol

clutch goes right back up, but the engagement point and play in it changes. I think its the clutch fluid itself. i'm going to be bleeding it when i get a chance and putting some dot 4 or 5 in.

yeah it really sounds like the fluid needs to be changed or there is air in the system. I hope that solves the problem and its not something too serious.
