I dont think they had all 4 engines running, actually i know they didnt. I'm an A&P Technician / Avionics technician aka i work on and fix airplanes and what not for a living. A 747 cant sit on the runway like that and run all the engines at ful throttle for any amount of time because with the brakes locked the massive thrust will throw the huge plain forward no matter what they do. That was the strength of just 1 jet engine at full throttle. They were insane close the the exhaust outlet. I beleive the rule of thumb is like 200 ft away with engine at idle. Anyways cool movie. Watched someone drive a new pick-up truck behind a jet one time and it was quite far away. Still tossed it and rolled it over once.

We used to have one of those little green buggers (Citroen Deux Chevaux) back in Iran.

That was awesome. The sun roof on the Mondeo gets ripped of like a vinyl decal and the 2CV started to rip apart before it even flipped.

They only applied power to #2 & #3, the 747 can cruise on two engines. Has to do with that whole thrust to weight racial thing. That was cool.

Yeah.... that was just the inner two engines... you can see when the pilot is putting the throttle up.
