Need help with HTV1320 development
G'day ...
I need some help.
I have been making some design changes to further improve the intake flow to our new HTV1320 (TVS-based) supercharger, however I need some images of the standard Eaton M62 as factory-installed. I have browsed the image gallery and can find lots of pix when viewed from the top, however I need to know what is under the "intake snout" of the M62 ... the area between the throttle-body-flange and the bypass-port.
Keep in mind that we do not have the Cobalt in Aussie ... I am working entirely from GM CAD data which does not necessarily show everything.
Specifically ... I am contemplating moving the bypass actuator to the opposite side of the snout (to the front of the engine), and also moving the shaft downwards ~8mm. Some of the images show a bracket attached to the supercharger that appears to hold a coolant filler/hose ... ???? Can this filler/hose be moved/flexed forward at all, and if so, how much?
What is "under" the snout - the are between the bypass port and the throttle body?
I would be very grateful if some photos of the area can be emailed to me (ken@harrop.com.au). The more shots the better ... especially if they are from various angles and indicate any space/options available.
Cheers ... Ken.

Thanks ... But I really meant on the outside, as fiited to the car. (I have the supercharger, but not the car).
I need to know if there is anything (wires/pipes/brackets etc) "under" the supercharger inlet.
Whats under here ...

that coolant filler/hose is for the Water to air intercooler fill. Also right behind and lower than the supercharger is the oil filter housing (the ecotec has a cartridge filter as i'm sure you know) also there is a few coolant lines down there for the intercooler.. i suppose i could try to take pictures later
Also the connectors for the Throttle body live in that area. The coolant filler neck can be moved quite a bit forward when unbolted. As a potential customer of this new blower I would please ask you not to put anything underneath of that area as it will make changing the oil in these things harder if not impossible without removing the supercharger.
