Did you get new injectors or something?

Did you get your SC fixed as well?

Cheers

That's why I was asking. As far as I new he still had the 42's in there. If he swapped to 60's then he is going to need tuning.

I flashed my tune (well Spaz did) into his car. Then he put a header and down pipe on and now if he changed the injectors and pully he is in real need of a tune unless spaz tuned his car for him.

cheers.

You have to remember. Once you start moding such as (Exhaust, header, downpipe, stage 2 and smaller pulley, ect. ect.) you change the way your car operates. So every time you add something, yah, you have or should have the car tuned or tweeked.

Now just adding a header and down pipe may not change much but it also might depending on Diameter, Length, CAT, no CAT. Do your research and read alot. There are lots of threads with the right info.

We could prolly do some optimization to your tune; make it run better, but you shouldn't need uber changes.

Make sure you have a WB too...

btw, what header / dp are you getting? no exhaust with it?

Ya dude, I'm not tryin to be a dick, I just didn't want to go blabbin stuff about his mods and his car all over a forum where everybody can see without checkin wit him first. Thats all. I didn't want to go sayin stuff I shouldn't in case he didn't want me to.

No problem. He always phones me to check on things. His car was pretty much the same as my car. At the time my car was the fastest Cobalt in Calgary with a 14.1 s time. The first to have stage 2 I believe in Canada.

Cheers for helpin out bud.

i donno exactly, i have a fair amount of mods, and i know a good tune will make my car a bit faster and run a bit better, im still on the stage 2 tune BTW, with 2.9 pulley exhaust and cai so i think a tune would help a fair bit.

I am getting the ZZPerformance midlength header and downpipe with Magnaflow cat. I got an extra O2 bung added for a wideband, which I am buying from Spaz......so I will have all the necessary hardware when we do the tune.
