I wouldn't bother with getting the GMPP exhaust manifold with that list of other mods you have there. Impressive list though.

Ryan if you want a power I wouldn't go with the GMPP honed manifold. Get some kind of header whether it be a shorty or midlength. ZZP makes a good header.

Ported SC? Most people agree that is a waist of money.

I might also skip over the Ingalls and go with SMMs right off the bat. But most people really like their TDs.

Do you plan on running a cat'd or catless dp? If you plan on going cat-less go with a header. There will be gains to be had with the extra flow. If you care about the sound and reliability of your exhaust you will be fine with the GMPP manifold and a 2.5" cat'd dp.

Other then that everything looks good!

why would you get a Stage 4 PCM and then get a retune with hP tuners. Why not just tune straight from Hp tuners?

your gunna need more than ingalls to stop you from that wheel hop, you gotta get the power to the ground before you make some

yeah thanks for the input everyone...

i will for sure look into getting a header
as for the cat i want to run a cat for sound, they sound really bad with out it...

i got the stage 4 PCM with the kit... i got a good deal on it all so i got it... i am going to tweak with it though....

yeah i am going to look into better ways to get that power to the ground... i am gonna set it all up and then work from there and see what i have to do... i really dont want solid mounts as they shook my cobalt LS a lot when i had that.

RAW stands for Rebel Auto Worx, they have a three inch CAI and a coupler that you can add a meth injection port to i believe check out the group buy for it as for the 3 inch TB's i dont know where you find those ask around i think it may be worth your time if your extensively modding

It has been proven to reduce iat2 temps and give u a few whp. Someone posted a dyno a few weeks ago of a before and after port dyno run seperated by 10 mins for the SC change as he had 2 SC's.

Link?

I find that hard to understand. Eaton put thousands of hour of R&D into the generation V series superchargers. If they could have gotten lower iat2 temps and more hp just by make the hole bigger they would have done it.

idk

awesome mod list, might want to consider a clutch with all that, though.

Click on the link in my sig for the GB.
If you end up wanting a TB, PM me.... I've got a contact who puts TB's on eBay for ~$60.

.... Eaton's R&D of the M62 is proven for engines under 2.0L.
We obviously have a 2.0L engine. So, porting allows more air to move through the SC, and increase the efficiency to better suit a larger engine and higher blower RPM's.

I noticed you said you were looking for pistons. Well I have a set of Diamond Pistons 10:1 compression as well as ARP Headstuds to support the power you should be making. Im looking for $400+shipping for the pistons and pins, and $120 +shipping for the headstuds. I will take $570 SHIPPED for both! Let me know.

Tried to send a PM but his inbox is full!

You may be on to something there.

But I know a local guy who has it done and thinks its the worst money he has spent upgrading his redline.

The canned PCM's from ZZP/Intense are pre-tuned for 60's. It just gives you a better starting point for tuning.
I bought a used Intense PCM for this reason, as well as the fact that I now have a spare to fiddle with, as well as my factory PCM. Not bad for $160.
