GM EXHAUST BORLA or CORSA ?

I have heard both but does anyone know 100% what the GM exhaust is?

And what does it come with, now I see it doesn't include a tip?

Any pictures of the sport or touring system?

No it's not. Someone just called gmpartsdirect.com today, and the 'muffler packages' they have listed for the cobalt are indeed by borla. Do a search on gmpartsdirect.com for corsacobalt (corsacobalt is the part # there for the corsa exhaust), but they do not have it available yet.

And why not post the pics instead of emailing them around? Please, someone post them.

ya, i think it's corsa. if it's listed on gmpartsdirect under the cobalt...then i think it would be the one, unless they decide to offer both (but why would GM give contracts to both companys?)

It's made by Borla. I received the exhaust today, and there is Borla disclaimer on the instruction sheet.

Well for Corsa, the sport is not very loud and the Touring has more of a tone to it.
We offer free shipping and 5% off the Corsa exhaust systems @ www.turbotechracing.com Email us for details.

I know for a fact the true Corsa is 2.5"
Magnaflow is 2.5" on the SS and 2.25" on the 2.2L engine
I think Borla/GMPP has 2.25"

in order to put a new exhaust on the cobalt is it true that we have to cut the factory one off? i really don't want to ruin a perfectly good exhaust?

Since noone answered hardtocopes question I'll ask again, What system has a more agressive/loud/better sound, the sport or touring?
