yes, eventually after 6-8 months later I did. I was going to contact his local Police department. And as soon as I told him about that I received it back in about 2 weeks.

And fyi. I didn't sell you a "Mint" condition spoiler. Did you notice how I sent it to you first with out paying me so you could see the condition for yourself b4 you sent my money? haha

I warned you in the first place it wasn't perfect, hence why I didn't have you pay me for it b4 i shipped it. Cuz I wanted to make sure its what you wanted. And when you didn't pay for what you got. I wanted my spoiler back. once again HENCE why you shipped it back.

Its not my fault that you put it on your car and then decided the condition wasn't what you were expecting even though you had it in your hands in the first place w/o dropping a dime on it. All you had to do was put it back in the box and ship it back for another 9 dollars.

this is the one he bought off ebay awhile ago, i was going to buy it but its pretty much destroyed. I wouldnt buy it, Plus he isnt a good seller/buyer from what ive read in about 5 different threads.
