Well, I have a 2.4 w/ an ARK N2 cat-back and an AEM CAI, as well as a CA header and an XTC 2.5" de-cat downpipe, and I beat a new '07 Si, which is a good bit quicker than the 99-00 B16 equipped Si's. So I think you should take him with ease. Now, if that B16 were in a lightweight hatcback Civic, then I'd say the tables would be turned the other way.

Also, a Civic has a header, not headers. Sorry, its a pet peeve of mine when people say "headers" when reffering to a 4-cyl.
