180 Crank, 150 wheel. Better tune will net you a few more horses.

Did you add the DP and Header into those numbers, cuz that seems a little low. the 06's have 171 - crank and the 07's have a 174 - crank so having all those mods and only a gain of 6 to 9 HP at the crank is a little off. now my initial estimates were probably a little high and dependent on my city. now the intake and exhaust will probably net him 10 - 15 HP at the crank alone now im not familiar with the gains with the DP so i just took a wild guess on that. so with that out of the equation that would still give him a minimum of 180 - 184 at the most 186 to 189. (these numbers are for intake and exhaust only and again are rough estimates) and as always feel free to correct me if i am wrong as i always like having correct information

Actualy I'd say the 190 to 200 flywheel hp is more like it. You'll probly be in the 170 to the wheels range. 20 hp from all those mods is not unrealistic.

Doesn't matter what mods you have. an air intake on an n/a 4 cyl car is less than 3-5hp unless the stock system sucks that bad and exhaust? please.. 1-5hp.. I will be nice and say 160 MAX whp. I still say 150whp since they dyno so low to begin with.

Crank I still say the same numbers from before. It's been noted a tune can wake this car up for a few more horses but not to justify spending $100 on credits or $400-600 on the tuner application.

Unfortunetly the GMPP intake has been dynoed to gain around 8 to 12 hp. The GMPP catback has been dynoed to gain around 12 to 15 hp. The CA header was dynoed on a 2.4 and they had gains of 8 to 10 hp and I'm not including the DP he says he's getting.
Thats why I say a 20 hp gain is realistic, your low balling these mods and since dyno #'s have been posted I can say so with some confidence.

More like really close. Just cause 1 mod may add 10 hp doesn't mean you d up the total gains and thats what you'll get. It doesn't quite work that way unfortunatly.
