God it's been forever since I had to deal with the stockers..
Bare with me, I'm trying to remember.
Brute force and holding onto the headlights with your legs, while trying to turn the piece with your hands.

You've got to unclip the blue connector and slowly work it out of the bulb recepticle. Be careful when putting in the new ones so that you do not touch the bulb or you will have to go through this again shortly. Then just instal in revers order.

well i drove headlightless to my buddies work and we couldnt get it off ether (he has a ss/sc and he had a easy time with his) my guess is my other buddy ******* tightend it on WAY to tight..so im saying **** it an ordering those new cffl projectors
In your pic, the black circle around the blue connector is what you need to take off first. I had to use a rubber mallet taping lightly to get it off. Then once that is off, unclip the blue connector from the bulb, and then the bulb should just pull straight out.
