2007 Cobalt LT... offset?
2007 Cobalt LT... offset?
Ok, plz dont anyone get on my case for posting this but I FINALLY got my scholarship refund and its time to shop around for some 17" rims for the Cobalt
Ok, first off, I have a 2007 Cobalt LT with the stock 15" alloys... they blow and i cant wait to get new rims!
So my question is, what is an acceptable offset for this type of cobalt? The rims I am scopin out right now have any offset of 42... is that ok or no?
Thanks and I would really appreciate the help

Here is a good explanation about wheel offset, and it's three types.

Quick question about bolt pattern if anyone can answer this.... My stock alloys are 4-lugs.... that means my bolt pattern is 4X100 right? thanks in advance

wouldnt be a good idea to got higher than 45... the wheels may sit in to far and will cause issues.. you can go lower than 35.. but you will have to wheels most likely sticking out some and going into the low rider look
