Hey i recently painted my headlights black, painted my front bowtie black, got 20 percent tints all around and tinted my tails, so im pretty much going for a darker type look almost blacked out....so my question to you guys is what rims do u think would look good on my cobalt, car is black btw, with a low pro wing....i want the rims to be gun metal...so pics would help thanksss!

I have two styles... I have bronze enkei evo 5s and i had the stock wheels painted black... Getting ready to put the stock ones on to run for a while... I like the all blacked out look.

 

i like the evo 5's i think id want them in gun metal or hyperblack though....what you think?

back to your question though...just get your stock rims painted black...itll look sick

 

It took prolly 3-4hrs to do both headlights.... I used gloss paint to do them and i painted the amber reflector w/nightshades and poped the one out of the turnsignal spot. I used nightshades on the taillights and sidemarkers. Heres how the car looks now....

And this is what i'm going to be running after this weekend... Going to support this look for a while.

They only make them in bronze and hyperblack But hyperblack is almost exactly like gunmetal

yea im gonna go hyperblack, judging on the pics online it looks like a nice color, the evo6s look nice too, what do you guys thgink of them?

 

I liked the color of the hyperblack too... I knew i was going to paint my stock ones and decided to go out on a limb and do bronze w/the aftermarket wheels. Are the evo 6s a 10 spoke? I cant remember... Can you post a pic?

Ive seen the Evo 6s in person on an accord, and they looked pretty good, not sure how they would look on a balt.

Just the ones i was thinking about... I really like those, and i to have never seen them on a balt... There however is a Blue WRX running around town w/a set of gold ones... And they are

 

yea i like the 5s....the definitely make the evo5s that fit the cobalt...what ones do i need..like bolt pattern offset and whatever else there is when deciding which rims to buy..thanks

As far as bolt pattern.... The ss/sc has a 5x110 and i think the offesets i chose was a +35mm.... I think... JRelly might be able to correct me bc i gave him all the info after i ordered them....

but both the offsets they offer will work for our cars, i believe our cars can use anything between 35-45 but i may be wrong
