well i am planning on getting a full exhuast and intake here shortly as well. but my real questions are is it worht it on a NA set up and would i need a tune? also i know its not a strong as nitrous but is it a power adder, in that way.

 

Yes. For meth to give you any power you need a tune to advance the timing more.

 

you dont have the compression to warrant running race gas, nor to run water injection

meth just isn't worth it on the NA 2.4L... boost it first... then meth it...

 

I would not mess with it if i was you. I think there are other things you can do to make your car faster for the money spent.
