Good digital Camera
Good digital Camera
Well decided on getting a digital camer and im thinkong about this; canon powershot A650 any suggestions thoughts comments welcome i want a good reasonably priced camera with a good zoom and the ability for big pixs thanks.
yea those are my thoughts exactly but i just dont want pick one and then hate it. The one i wrote in the first post allows u to attach lenses which i think is pretty cool for a point and shoot camera.
How much is the one you want? http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ is your friend!
Any Canon Digital elph series... I have a SD450 but it is a little old... Amazing quality for a point and shoot. Plus they have a body on them instead of the plastic on the A Series (A650 too) that you are looking at...

What kind of price range are you looking at?

For that price range, you might look into there "Advanced" P&S such as the Canon S5, Fuji FinePix S8000, FinePix S700, Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H7.

i dont know those cameras are just a little bit too bulky for me i dont want something like that but when i go sunday (maybe) to B&H i look at some of those and how i feel about them.
My sister bought a shock/waterproof camera made by them, its really sweet.
I'm in need of a camera too so im thinkin of something along those lines
i had like the first digital olympus that ever came out at least that is how i feel about it D370 i dont even use it anymore because the pics are horrible (compared to todays standards) i have resolved to film again lol.
Well for about 350$ you can get the Olympus SP-560 UZ which offers three times the A650's zoom
I've been using the Olympus C-8080 Wide Zoom for over two years now. The build quality is great and the image quality is awesome.
.
but that camera is too hefty. And you can add on lenses to this one if you want without a problem
