out of curiousity how come the chevy site has had info on the HHR Turbocharged in the upcoming vehicles section for months and its already in some dealer lots? the camaro concept has been in the upcoming vehicles section for over 6 months and it probably won't hit the dealers for 9 months? the cobalt ss/tc is due out within the next 60 days and still no mention about it on chevy.com?

 

because they are still deciding what they want to do with the cobalt ss/tc...and plus its gm wat do u expect

The HHR SS was 100% completely new model for the HHR lineup so they wanted to promote it . The Cobalt , even though there was small hiatus , is more of a continuation . They will most likey have the info up in March or at whatever point the car is orderable thru a dealer .

 

no, probably on whether or not its cost effective to produce it yet....If they don't I'm going to be pissed...but I've been waiting on an answer and have been checking on chevy.com too bc it usually mentions future models like it did with the hhr ss before it was produced and they have updated the site over an over by adding the pace car vette, the zr1, etc...and still no mention of the ss/tc...we'll just have to c.....

Uhhh. the decision on whether or not to produce the SS/TC was made months ago...BEFORE they officially announced that they would, in fact produce a TC model. Scouts honor...its comin'

Na man...na. It would be hard to release the 2008.5 model...in 2009. They have officially announced that the TC model WILL be released in 2nd or 3rd quarter (cant remember which) OF 2008.

Announcement was 2nd quarter of 2008 -- that could be April-May-June.....Yesterday I went to the local Chevy dealer and asked them if they could even order it yet -- they couldn't find anything on their computer to make an order.

 

theyve been announcing it for april since sema..... usually dealerships done know **** anyways



and go to the parts department, you can already order the ss/tc brakes and other parts..... if you still dont believe me i can get you part numbers......
