Rip in leather

Visitor for awhile, never really posted before...obviously. Anyway, had my car for about 5 months now and I noticed a rip in the driver's side seat, pretty big. I am a college student and I get a lot of seat time. If I bring this back to the dealer waving the Warrenty Flag, will it be covered? Also my window is off the track and I figured I could at least get that fixed....Anyone else see these problems/is this normal?

If this is in the wrong forum, my apologies, please feel free to move.

No harm in trying, try a few different dealerships if the first says no to the seat. They vary, some are ******** and some will take care of you.
The window should deff be covered.
