I have sent multiple P.M.s over the last weeks and have not gotten any response so I will try here.

All I am looking for is an update on its progress of my turbo kit. I paid 4500 for my kit back in the begining of September with the group purchase and I was told 6weeks for delivery. It has been 6 months and I have been waiting paitently.
I realize Rebel has a full plate and they are only a couple of guys, but how long does it take to E-mail or P.M. a quick update on progress now and then.

I am not looking to have my kit on my door tomorrow but would like some kind of update.

I've heard conflicting things about these guys. some say they never hear from them, others get there stuff damn near early. I wonder if perhaps there is a certain way to contact them that is better for them to respond by?

I can understand the feeling of having a huge chunk of cash in someone elses pocket, and not getting communication.

its not a very good way to treat customers who you already took money from

Lol, never buy from a "business" that is run by a couple of guys that like the car they drive. Do they even have a business building address or phone number?

you are right, we are trying to improve on the follow up. Currently we have 1 person working as the other two are away on business.

Sorry for any delays but we really don't want to sacrifice any quality

This is the problem with online shopping, anybody can open a business but it doesn't mean your a company. You could be working from your own basement and never lay your hands on the product your selling. That's why they could afford to sell the products at ridiculous prices. And when things go south, so do the people involved...they just seem to disappear with your money?
I hope the public have learned from this ordeal, always find out all necessary info about the seller before dropping so much money on a product you have never physically seen working either in person or on video like YouTube. We all know the phrase 'money talks...bullsh*t walks'.
In my past experiences, I need to see some substantial proof, like a video of a dyno run showing what these so called 'tuners' are producing before I drop that kind of coin. Buyers beware of guys who don't put there money where there mouths are.
I hope it all works out in the end for all you who have bought the kits. I hope these guys didn't go on vacation on your expense.

Good luck gentlemen!

It is not mine because I paid for the GT30 upgrade but I will take it. I am going to request that they send it to me since I have so much invested. They can give me the difference in cash

They will pull through man, mine was the first kit to ship out. They pushed my delivery time back quite a bit as well, but they did pull through and I am pretty happy.
