Exclamation ___Methanol/Water Injection Kits | THMotorsports___

Labonte Motorsports Methanol/Water Injection Kits

Labonte Motorsports is the creator of the "Sn0w" kit that many of you see. They have been producing these for the company and we are now selling their products exclusively as the midwest master distributor. The products are the utmost best quality and we cant stress how cost effective this solution is.

Kit Price: $369 shipped (Includes ISG-10 Kit, V25-D Controller)
Quantity Available: 24

Methanol/water Injection:
Through the use of methanol, found in windshield washer fluid (Super cost effective), spraying it into your intake charge decreases intake temps and decreases chance of detonation, and thus you can run more boost. It is like running 110 octane. With the methanol, you guys can create custom maps for around 110 octance levels and get some serious power, without driving or buying expensive 110. The kits are simple, and run based upon duty cycle of the engine. You can run it at your own settings or have it run through something like the AEM EMS.

Again to re-cap:

- prevents detonation and pre-detonation
- uses methanol aka "windshield washer fluid" which can be bought anywhere and for $1-2 for a 2 galloner
- Lets you run more boost
- Lower intake charge
- Similar to running 110 octane based on saftey levels
- Runs automatically based upon duty cycle and boost levels
- Can be ran through AEM EMS and others constantly with custom controls

What the kit includes:

ISG-10 Features:
• Alcohol safe 150psi Pump
• 2qt Fluid Tank
• High Atomization Injection Nozzles
• 15 feet high pressure hose
• Complete Install Instructions
• Easy Installation and Setup
• 1 Year Warranty

VC-25D - 25psi Boost/MAF Activated Controller Mitsubishi

Features:
• Make more Power and lower EGTs with Variable Control
• Controls Injection Pressure as a function of Boost and MAF
• Fully Integrated MAP Sensor 0 to 30 psi
• Potted Electronics and Rugged Design for Under Hood Applications
• 1.5% Maximum Error over 0° to 85°C
• Easy Adjustment and Setup
• Ideal for Mitsubishi, Dodge and some Chrysler Turbo Engines
• 1 Year Warranty

These two are the complete kit for the Cobalt ran off the MAF/4bar.

Monitoring:

If you need to monitor all parameters. The display is for you!

VCS3G - 3D Injection Controller w/Dash Display

Description:
The VCS3G from Labonte MotorSports is not just an injection controller. It is a fueling computer for water-methanol injection systems. The advanced control algorithm was developed through rigorous engineering and dyno testing to deliver precise control of injection. Delivering the right quantity at the right time leads to maximum horse power and detonation control from an injection system.

Features:
• User friendly-system "tunes" itself. Simply enter pump type, boost start point, nozzle size, and approx HP - and the correct injection quantity is configured from the units 3D injection algorithm
• True 3D injection control based on engine fueling and boost pressure for maximum power and the most accurate injection at all times
• Injection Fail Safe input displays actual injection qty on screen and warns if injection goes below set-point for enhanced reliability
• Adjustable on-the-fly for additional fine tuning (+ or - of the injection map) from the drivers seat
• Internal MAP Sensor reads 0-30psi
• Fluid Level switch input and warning indicator/beeper
• Advance LCD and touch screen control panel allows easy setup, tuning and monitoring of system, all on the fly in real-time
• Displays Injector Duty Cycle, Boost (psi/bar), % water-methanol injectoin, warning indicators for low-flow or low fluid level (with optional upgrades)
• Extensive System Diagnostics for error free usability
• Peak & Hold displays Max Boost, IDC and Injection
• Additional 12V output signal for running nitrous, etc.
• Includes: Dash Display Module w/mounting bracket, engine bay injection controller, Laptop cable to update flash memory, wire harnesses for complete install.
• Designed to operate on Fuel Injected gasoline engines with Forced Induction (Turbo or Supercharger)
• 1 Year Warranty

Snow used to buy from Labontte motorsports....but they no longer do so and are attempting to outsource their kits to get them built and mimicked somewhere else....its not that good though...and its more expensive....go figure...

I say cancel you order or talk to them to see whats going on boss....

The technology is where they are different.

you get everything but the display...display is extra. $269 SHIPPED...lets you fine tune and monitor.

as far as nozzles:

we have 460,230,615,153,77,56, and 920ml/min

we can help you decide what is best for you based on your power levels.

Go with the basic kit.... it will have all that you need. Go with the VC-MAF controller.

It will increase injection pressures over an adjustable range to drop EGT temps and prevent from engine damage.

you can set these to start spraying at only certain times when you are hard on the throttle or passing a certain point on the power range. Highly custom.

Rule of thumb. You don't want to ever mount the pump with the head up. Always mount the pump with the head down as this will greatly eliminate chances of water methanol leaking past the seals into the bearings and pump motor.
