nope

I like them on Mustangs, Camaros and old Nissans/Datsuns, and maybe other few select cars I can't think of right now

But guys 80's sheek is ok in some sences. Honestly with a smoother color matched louver i think it could make some cars pop. I mean it might not be the next chrome guy throwing a javelin. But to each their own. I personally Like the louvers idea.... but only on the 2 little windows in the back.

besides I used to be a UPS driver....i'm used to fitting big things in little holes with only my mirrors

so does this change when its on a mustang? I don't think sooooooo.....

As for the past 2 pages of this thread, this is what I've learned:

its like 9:1 for people who don't like the louvers....some not at all, some not that style, some like them. Thats particularly why I said louvers "like the ones on the mustangs" now theres shelby, rousch, saleen, all kinds of different louvers, no one wrote anything about them having to be whats in the picture. Unfortunately everyone read and then looked at the picture and didn't like the picture, I meant this to be more to your imagination.

The other thing I've learned is that when you ask who's interested, you get a bazillion posts from people who actually DISLIKE the idea.....its great, we all have our own style...but it sucks that other people knock on someone for their style, and then go on to be more dramatic than a high school valley girl after breaking up with her boyfriend on the football team. Next time someone posts up about who likes an idea, I'm sure everyone will love not to read the stupidity and negativity of those who don't like it. Seriously, I'd love to post something and get ideas back of how to make it happen, not crappy love letters to expressing how much the selected ones of you want to kill each other and have your brains on the side of your cars.

And by the way, to that dude that asked me to sign over my car to him before I do it, your an asshat

have a good night, if anyones interested in designing louvers with me, I have autoCAD so I can draw and render it and then take ideas on how to make them look better. Then we can arcweld them with aluminum and see how it turns out. Impulse is making them with fiberglass, but I'm a fan of aluminum myself.

Yah my car's already been called a wanna-be Mustang by dumb people; I don't need to give them anymore incentive.

Im looking for the same thing for my cobalt. I think it will look sick on my black cobalt. Those little windows are pretty much useless so anything to make them look nice helps. Those other louvers I see for Cobalts just dont do it for me. its annoying the hell outta me that I cant find like Mustang ones
