i have a Sunburst Orange cobalt, and im thinking of going with black stripes, or green stripes.

i would just keep the clean look. but its up to you, make your car diff. if you want green go for it. if you really want stripes then do something diff. stay away from black and silver everyone does that. Be differnet.

If you HAVE to do a color, I think red might be the closest acceptable on a orange car... idk... black looks universally good on any color.
