yes, we do build several more units.. i actually have 7 of these in stock.

Technical Advatanges over other units:

Easy butterfly drain plug on the bottom left corner of heat exchanger.

Benefits:
* Easy coolant flushes
* Will allow you to fill the system without running it at the same time
* Will not leave air in the system allowing your pump to flow freewaly uppon the first fill

*Optional* (does not come standard but can be put in)

Temperature probe, would allow the use of an aftermarket temperature gauge to monitor coolant temps.

 

Will this come with hoses also?

 

With the cash your saving, 5/8th heater hose is less than 1.50$ a foot I can throw some in if you buy it at retail.

This may be a dumb question, but is this designed to replace the existing heat exchanger, or work with the stock one?

To the OP. You should include the brackets for a small fee. Not everyone knows how to do those.

 

this replaces your stock unit, it works with your stock pump and hoses though.

Replace the stock unit? Are you sure? usually this type of H/E is used in combination with the stock unit like the CA H/E. In fact, it has the same appearance as the CA H/E

 

this is all your going to need, i know what im telling you....


although you could use the stock one also, but i wouldnt recommended because of the way it's installed.

 

youll need some kind of instruction kit to show how exactly you want it, i just never had installed one myself i wouldnt want to hook it up wrong

 

So basically it just outperforms the stock one by alot...do you know about what kind of temp drops one would see with your HE vs. the stocker?

 

This is basically the reason of my statement. Is there proof that this H/E outperforms the stock unit?

 

our stock heat exhanger is smashed in between the radiator and air condensor whihc it doesnt get much flow and is pretty restrictive. you wil need a bigger h/e and better cooling flow if your gonna spinning the hell out of your supercharger making a lot of pressure and air intake, this will keep your engine levels at save lower temperatures and more longer performance out of the supercharger without frying it. you dont particullay need one and your engine will still run but i would highly recommend one, this larger size with more coolant will out perfrom a the ss/sc stock h/e by far, i havent seen it or tried this particular one but a heat excahnger is a heat exchanger, hes already got measurments that makes it bigger than the fliudline whatever it is, but mad props for having a bigger selection for cooling for the supercharger

 

I couldnt of put it in better words, they practically made a heat-soak sandwich with the stock unit. You could run both heat exchangers together, or remove your stock one entirely and use our delete brackets (included) to connect the new one that sits infront!

I have two left, before I need to make another production run an that takes about three weeks.
