Well i got a new set of headlight bulbs off of the bay aka ebay. Cheap yet decent set of silverstars. While when i took them out of the package, the tip of the bulb seen to be slightly worn down from the plastic packaging. as if it was rubbing. The tip of the bulb where that extra layer of paint looking crud is on top. Will that being worn down some effect the bulb any or is that that whole reason it is there, to catch wear and tear??
