What Does This Mean. HID?

I just realized this. My three white and black wires are connected together with what looks like electrical tape to power the halos and leds. The HID Ballast is connected to a headlight plug instead of the red and black wires connected to the negative and ground terminals.

What does this mean? What are the 2 spliced black and white wires for? The turn signal and sidemarker?

Holy **** I did not realize these would be large pictures...

HAHA Yeah I know. It doesn't take too bad of pictures either. enV's FTW (after my iPhone of course)

Is this even possible to power HIDs from a headlight plug?

I don't cut them that short. I have a REALLY bad habit of biting them until they bleed.

Well I will try to answer one of the questions. The white and black wires are for the upper leds and halo leds, assuming you have the 1st gen Projectors.

Wires for halos and leds connected with electrical tape. I think they're ready to go.

Hole for turn signal. Do I use the stock wiring and place the stock bulb in there?

Hole for sidemarker bulb. Do I use the stock wiring and place the stock bulb in there?

I don't know what these four stripped wires are for. (2 black and 2 white)

Yeah, I do have the first generation projectors.

IMO it's not electrical tape it's heat shrink, and when you put the turn signal in replace the bulb with the yellow one's that came with the Halo's.

What are the wires coming off of?

They're coming off right next to the hi beam light.

Any clue?

You use the stock blub and wiring for the turn signal and side marker light. Take those blubs out and the harness they are connected to should come out with them. Put the side marker light and turn signal light into the projector and then connect the highbeam just how it was on the normal headlight. now all you have to do is wire up your relay to the boost post under the hood and ground it somewhere clean. All the hid wires are easy to plug in, each wire for the hids will only go into one thing so it is hard to mess it up. The white wires for the leds/halos go into the brownish grey wire comming of the side marker light and the black wires for the leds/halos go into one of the black wires comming off the side marker light.

The thing is, my halos and leds wiring are already heat shrunken together. They came like that in the box. I'm going to plug these up tonight and see what's going on.

The HIDs came connected like this. It look like everything is plug and play except for the turn signal and Side Marker.

I just realized you bought the hid/projector package off ebay. Did it come with a relay?

Yeah I did buy the package off of ebay. It came with everything hooked up to something except the 2 black and 2 white wires. Other than that the halos and LEDs are heatshrunken together. 3 white to another white and 3 blacks together.

yes thats fine. the 3 white wires goes to the brown wire in ur stock harness, and the 3 black go to the black wire in ur stock harness. than u plug that socket into ur stock socket harness. tada, hids! ........ with ursetup, ur not using a relay harness for ur hids.

Then what about the extra 2 white and 2 black wires that are spliced. These babies right here...

The HIDs are hooked up to the where the stock headlight bulb plugs in.

Like this.

I realize that. HOWEVER, I have two white and two black spliced. Do both white go to the brown and both black go to black. The 3 white and 3 black are heatshrunken together. They came like that when I received them.
