All season

I really like the Khumo Ecsta AST but they are only speed rated to 138 or something...I will never be over that but considering the car will do over that speed I want a higher speed rating. The Redline runs 215/45/17s on it. I like the ASTs because I had them on my 2.2 and they are a great performance tire but has enough tread to go through light snow very easily. So my question is what is another good all season performance tire that is good in light snow that wont break the bank in that size?

When they speed rate tires they can handle that speed over time (I think it's 1Hr)
