Exclamation Where To Buy Your Usa Gas

The Saudis are boycotting American goods.

We should return the favor.

An interesting thought is to boycott their GAS.
Every time you fill up the car, you can avoid putting more
money into the coffers of Saudi Arabia Just buy from gas
companies that don't import their oil from the Saudis.

Nothing is more frustrating than the feeling that every time I fill-up the tank, I am sending my money to people who are trying to kill me, my family, and my friends.

I thought it might be interesting for you to know which oil companies are the best to buy gas from and which major companies import Middle Eastern oil.

These companies import Middle Eastern oil :

Shell.......................... 205,742,000 barrels
Chevron/Texaco......... 144,332,000 barrels
Exxon /Mobil............... 130,082,000 barrels
Marathon/Speedway... 117,740,000 barrels
Amoco............................62,231,000 barrels

Citgo......................from South America , from a Dictator who hates Americans If you do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to over $18 BILLION! (oil is now $90-$95 a barrel)

Here are some large companies that DO NOT import Middle Eastern oil:

Sunoco...................0 barrels
Conoco..................0 barrels
Sinclair................0 barrels
BP/Phillips............0 barrels
Hess.......................0 barrels
ARC0....................0 barrels

All of this information is available from the Department of Energy; each company is required to state where they get their oil and how much they are importing.

That I know of we don't have any of those brands up here except for Arco, but I won't use their gas because they don't take credit cards, ass hats

I would be interested to know where Albertsons, Safeway, Fred Meyer, Costco, etc get their gas from up here.

Oh, NM, i didn't realize 76 was a part of Conoco, so I guess we do have those up here.

I think the government needs to do this FOR americans, because sadly, americans do not care, and will keep buying whatever gas is cheapest...even by 1-2 pennies. The government needs to cut off those imports completely. Only problem with that is that gas would rise incredibly, and many businesses would instantly fail (all privately owned gas stations selling those certain oils)

What the Saudis need to do is stop being idiots and open up more refineries. They have all these refineries and they aren't opening them. We also have a boat-load of oil off of the florida coast down toward cuba a bit more but because of the tree-huggers it is off limits.

Answer:
QuikTrip is an American-owned, privately held company with a 49-year history in the convenience store/gasoline retail industry. The gasoline and diesel fuel we offer to our customers is purchased from various refineries all located in the U.S.

There have recently been a number of questions raised about whether QuikTrip buys gasoline from Middle Eastern or South American countries. We do not purchase any crude oil or have any influence on the purchasing decisions made by the companies who own the refineries.

As an independent marketer, we do not operate any pipelines or terminals; we are strictly a retailer of quality motor fuels and convenience items to consumers in our markets.

All gasoline marketers in the United States get their gasoline from various terminals in their cities. This gasoline has been mixed in pipelines with gasoline from a number of refineries. Although we may purchase our gasoline from a specific refiner, the gasoline we actually pull out of the pipeline is really generic. Even retail outlets of major oil companies end up drawing their gasoline out of the same pipeline as everyone else.
