Deal or No Deal?

Ok, so i went to my dealership today, to see if i could cut out a deal for an SS/SC
heres the rundown.

::He will pay the rest that i owe on my car ($7,392)
::Give me a used SS/SC (21,320 miles) for $17,320 (Loaded)
::I have to put down 1,000
---------
should i do this? or wait for the SS/T

i paid 15, same miles. 18,500 is pretty high for a 2 year old cobalt, on this site it wouldn't sell for 15k, guaranteed. be lucky to get 13-14 k for it.
