ummm I'm gona say no there shouldn't be anything under your car that should rattle. I have the corsa exhaust that vibrates my car just cause the dcbl. are pretty high but yeah I don't think there should be anything that rattles. have you checked under your car to see if you have something lodged inbetween there or something???

mine has done it before. could be an exhaust hanger rattling against the heat shield.

yeah, i had this problem shortly after i purchased the car. i took it in and they hit the piping up and down with a hammer listening for rattles and bending heat shielding as they went. i watched the tech do it. so, it worked for about 4 miles down the road and started doing it again. i took it to work and put it on the lift and bend the shielding all the way along the exhaust and it worked for about a year.

this winter when it got cold out again it started rattling again. i put it in the air again and noticed that there is a lot of movement on the hangers. i could literally move the exhaust 6" front to back. doing this revealed to me where the rattle was coming from. there is a small piece of flex pipe between the cat and manifold. where it attaches at the top it was sliding up and down hitting a flange creating the irritating sound. i was hoping that when i buy my new exhaust that it will not have this cheap design and therefore not rattle.

hope this helps. if anyone has any tricks or tips until i can afford the exhaust, i would be more then happy to listen. i was thinking of getting a longer piece so it fit tighter eliminating the excessive slide action.
