wheel drilling

Well things fell thru with ADR on some custom drilled wheels, so my question is, does anyone know of anyone who can redrill 5x110 wheels to a 5x110. Also can the offset be adjusted on a wheel? The wheels I am interested in have a +35 offset. SOme one please chime in and help?

I found someone to do it, but they it is $25 per wheel. this seems sorta cheap to me for quality work. What do you guys/gals think.

Well, even though my post will be absolutely useless, I will still post cuz it seems like everyone else is neglecting this thread lol. I only own a base cobalt so I don't use the 5x110 and haven't looked for anything like that before.
