That looks as big as a boiler from the Titanic... I would guess that it wouldn't be very efficent with all the weight...

That looks sweet, but is still sucking air in through a comaratively tiny hole.

My best friend and I both have supercharged cars (she's got a Cooper S), and I proposed we dub ourselves "Mega Maid Racing" because our cars technically do go from suck to blow...but she refused to go for it. That and "We go from suck to blow" would probably be taken the wrong way considering it would be females driving...

Or Break Suction

if it's not photoshopped, then the intake would seem like a major restriction for that blower's capabilities.

i wonder how they got that to work on a helicopter's engine, cause almost all of them for over 50 years have used turbine engines.... i'd have to guess it was a photoshop.. some trains use turbines, but others use diesel motors to power the electric genrators which do the work... basically a hybrid engine

<edit> i just took a peek at the pictures hex and the hex says it's been edited 3 times with two extra compnonets... don't fell like searching to see what variables have been edited but for now i'll write it off as a photochop

i was waiting for someone with any type of aircraft knowledge to bring that up before i did. helicopters dont use anything resembling a roots/twin screw type blower, they use (what we call in my old profession anyway) Gas Turbine Compressors or GTC's. they're the same thing thats found on an Abrams Tank. im not saying it isnt chopped (although it looks like it is), but its not from a helicopter. but go ahead believing what you want.
