How much better would these be than the stock brembo braking system?
ZZPerformance - 14.5 inch Front Brake Kit #ZZ-145CBK
I am pretty sure the stock system is a 4 caliper with 12 inch rotors no?
Would this help throw the car out of balance?
Mind you I run the s256et @340-360whp and 320lb ft on pump gas 20psi on the course, so things are already out of balance compared to the stock turbo.
Wangspeed, etc, what are your thoughts?
Cheers.

Not worth it unless you regularly track the car, only real benefit would be better fade resistance, better to just add ventilation to the stock Brembos. Only time I could see buying that being worth it is if you have an LSJ to start with, want the looks or the pins can't be removed and you need new calipers anyways.

The stock LSJ brakes will be fine for you to start autocrossing on. Make sure the pads and rotors are good and have lots of life left. Changing to a DOT 4 fluid is always a good idea.
