Something interesting, my gas pump issue where pump always clicks off seems to have fixed itself in this warm weather . Didn't jump off at all today. Must have had ice in the vent system

Thanks. I was just telling my Brother I need to pick up oil.

It needed a change last fall already. I'm thinking changing it before starting it would be a better idea also you'll have fresh oil on the cams. But my Brother says running it first will pull any crap out of the head and help remove the junk in the oil pan. Opinions?

Also tom, The charge pipe comes with the clamps included in the kit?

Yes warm up the car before u change oil. Warm oil means more if it drains out. I believe it comes with 3 clamps , I do have extras so I'll throw in the ones that will come with the new pipe I order since they are the same thing.

Well I found the pesky last major boost leak on my car. Injector #1 o ring is leaking on the gray cup that clips into the head. I matched some up at Canadian tire yesterday. I'm off to New York this morning but when I come home Monday I'm going to throw em in and if no more leaks the Balt is goin back on the road

How bad could your oil be? How long did you run it before you parked it? Synthetic shouldn't break down.

5500kms. All oil breaks down and releases crap. It's been in their for almost a year now.

Well just went and got oil. Mobil wasn't on sale though. I'm just happy I didn't forget to buy the oil cap socket.
