The LNF that I tuned on E30 the other night....well his Opel injectors and intake cam with fuel lobe showed up yesterday, so its almost E85 time

Without changing the boost at all, we were able to add 5-6* of advance throughout the powerband just by going from our garbage 91 to E30 from the pump Went from 12* up top on 25 lbs to 18* and got to shape the curve how I wanted it.

Interesting thing today after my ignition recall yesterday. Car wouldn't start after work, all gauges were on but no power, took out key, opened door, power to gauges didn't go off. Odd, call dealer and they said it's possible it's the antilock system and told me to keep key in run position for 15 minutes and it resets it if u have used a Unprogramed key. Nice to know guys, so I did that and suddenly everything went to normal and got power. Tried to start and everyhing lost all power . So called roadside assistance and got towed to dealer. Dealer puts on booster and it fires up. What they heck? I guess they totally drained my batt yesterday and drive home and to work didn't charge it enough so my security system and such killed it during the day. But why would it act so weird . Giving everything power when I did the reset but then loosing it when I try to start. Odd. Charging batt and will see what happens tomorrow

Battery dead again this morning, even though charger reads 90%. Stupid deep cycle battery's. Guess I'll have to hook another batt to it in parallel and then charge it like the internet says . See if that works

The batteries for our cars are crappy. They die once and they are never the same after.

Well I think my optima battery is just not charging without another battery connected, I'm gonna trouble shoot this and see if my batt is being drained . I'll try another batt as well, if it fails then I know something done during recall is draining the batt. Dealer is nice and working with me, they know, if they start giving me excuses I will contact Gm. I been running that batt for a year with no issues, iv even drained it and had to charge it due to leaving lights on, never gave me trouble like this till day after recall was done.

In order to do forge BOV - it needs the ECP Tune (apparently). Any other recommendations?
And let me just make this clear, my car is slow and will always be slow, Im not tuning for HP - I just want the audible turbo .....because I can.

A forge blow off valve or a forge bypass valve?

I would just reccomend not putting a bov on. And just get a hpt done remotely. Or trifecta is fine for a cruze.

the whole point of the tune is because you need one for BOV (bov not the bpv), yes tune is not a bad idea, but it isnt something Id do with out a BOV, as mentioned above, Im going for an audible turbo. Otherwise I could live with out the tune.

edit: back to the originating question, any vendors or tuners on here anymore? I messaged my old friend Projekt but appears he doesnt come on here much anymore either, as well my HPTuner buddy doesnt log on anymore either.

I was drinking with Jordan last weekend. He still has his Cobalt but has zero interest in it. He won't Trifecta tune you. He's lazy lol.

u wanna tune a bov, relocate the maf and get hptuned. there are guys in Winnipeg and im in Steinbach that have hptuners and u can get a remote tune from guys on here, like terminator2. he just tuned me, its awesome, guess what I just came off of before him? ecp tune from trifecta with bov. nothing but problems with their tune. im gonna go bov one day again, but I will do it right next time. please don't waste ur money on that trifecta tune, u will regret it. rather just get forge bpv and sell that bov.

this is advice I enjoy, thank you much. I would come definitely to Steinbach and get tuned properly (if you are offering for whatever cost?) and come the day I buy the forge BOV. I dont even know how to install the forge BOV I just bought my Cruze this week. All I know is performance mods I only want and need: Short Ram K&N and Tuned with BOV.... oh and apparently I need to check the spark plug gap because the factory is outta whack.
