SpeedFactor also just got an alignment machine. Looks to be a high end one too.

So for a rear bearing should I go GM or Moog?

I like that color mike!

My rims are getting the tires taken off as we speak so I'll be getting some powder done soon too.

Lots of threads popping up lately about powder coating the head getting sand in the engine be careful with that. Engines don't like sylica haha. Gonna look good though

Is your rear bearings grinding or something?

*wheel bearing.

And ya it's humming pretty good. Ignored it way too long and now it seems to have gotten louder.

Ah shitty.i had some pretty bad tire wear on two tires I'm going to have to trouble shoot. I may have a wheel bearing issue as well.

Yeah Dustin has made me very aware of it. The guy who did it I made very aware of that. He masked it up pretty good. And I have brought it to work and have blown it out with air real good a few times, flushed it thoroughly with water multiple times, air again, threw it in a parts washer that uses a mild detergent, air again. Right now the only stuff coming out is the dried up oil residue flakes . It won't be going on until I am positive its clean, and if anything does happen you all can say i told you so, and after I build a gen 3 block stroker with turbo lol.

Having it clean is only half the battle. You need to check to see that the oil seperators didn't get damaged. I made you very aware so you don't pop a motor over a $50 powered coated valve cover haha.

Doesn't paint hold up fine? Why does valve cover need powder coat? Ours not like it takes abuse like wheels.

Cause painting is a lot of work lol. Cleaning is probably the most time consuming. And once u think it's clean, clean it again with acetone and it will be like u didn't even clean it the first time lol

Work in body shop. All paint work is 85% prep work.
