as a consumer, you must do your due diligence.

you could have specified a shop you trust to do the paint film,
and had it written in the deal.
and never ever leave the dealer with the car until you are satisfied.
once you drive off....well, things get harder.

This is the reason why car salesmen have no souls.

The GM of that dealership sounds very unprofessional and should be knocked out.

All this fuss over $600 (nothing to a Mitsubishi dealership) and like 30 minutes of work.

They need to get over themselves.
