I want the bolt on 7163. Efr's are t25 flange and I've only seen a single t25 manifold and I may need a hot pipe and different intake too. So It'll be way cheaper and easier just to get the ZFR because I'd want an aftermarket manifold coated as well

Stg 2s so maybe. But also with the upgraded pump lobe and I won't ever have to worry about fuel

I hated it I actually got up to go to work showered then decided it's the last thing I wanted to do so I quit. Everything was awful about it. I'm excited about this new job it's more what I'm used to a big company that's organized!

the last time I was at Mark's shop he had a black highrise sitting there;
Maybe Jon or Kevin know if Mark still has it - if he does, I'm sure he'd make a very reasonable asking price for it.

If so, I think I saw your post on 'Cobalt gang Canada' this morning.

What year and model Cobalt do you have?

Met up with some Calgary muscle club guys at 61st and Barlow last night. A 900hp cts-v and a grudge match mustang who would give me details on his engine other than it was a 352 bored and stroked and runs a progressive nitrous system and the smallest shot he starts with is 250

that's a pretty diverse group...

Does anyone watching this thread have an opinion on transmission oil change intervals?

I'm going to do an oil change this weekend and going to flush the transmission while I'm at it;
The service manager next door to my work thinks it's crazy (not his words) that GM doesn't have any recommended F35 oil change interval;
He cited as a comparison that the newer Camaro SS has differential oil change intervals of 80,000km for regular driving, and 1,000km if the car is being raced.

I read in an old magazine from quaffe that if you change it once a year the lsd will last forever. I know I'm pushing mine well past the factory rating so I will be changing mine again this spring

Thanks for the input!
I didn't know that Quaife ever gave an opinion;
I figure that as it sit's the LSD is generally outlasting the gearset (I'm reading alot lately about LNF guys having their transmission crap the bed; considering the taller FDR puts less stress on the gears ~ which should raise the effective torque capacity), so some sort of flushing interval should extend the service life of the transmission.

Ya the quaife is very strong and never has problems but that's what they said and also the amount of extra stress our tuned cars are putting on it I believe it's just a good idea to keep the oil clean
