So whose all ready for the new taxes and levies that we are going to have to paty to make up for the governments lack of backbone and stupid spending?
I for one love the idea of having to spend up to $1,000 a year for a healthcare system clogged with immigrants and people thinking a cold is typhoid.
And increasing traffic fines by 35% is a great way to encourage old hot rods to stay on the road and to not pick on people who love cars

the nifety fifties club throws what has now been considered the first show n shine of the year.
judge all you want about the government jon but dont judge other people. i see plenty of white people in the emergency wards with hang nails. it just goes to show your ignorance. you forget your friend has a so called "immigrant" wife and maybe took some exception to your idiotic words. why dont you show some class for a change. to stereotype is useless in today's society. it solves nothing.

maybe you should come by on monday and exchange #'s with jess and plan when your going to your next KKK meeting together. i want nothing to do with anyone who has a childish mentality as that.
for god's sake jon you have friends who are immigrants. ie sammy should i inform him of your views?
i went on a rant because your increasingly being a idiot on this subject, this wasnt the first time you said something i didnt like when it came upon this subject. you need to wake up and see that multi-culturalism is the canadian way of life and you need to realize that these so called immigrants are only doing what people like my grandparents and parents did 60 years ago.

So you are happy paying up to $1,000 a year for healthcare? I'm talking about the people who come here and try to change Canada to the country they left but want free healthcare because they think they arevcanadian. I can't help it if you took offense, its an opinion and everyone is entitled to it.
Did your grand parents try to change this country to be like the one they left? There's multiculturalism and then there's people coming here and using the system to their advantage like the last 10 years have seen.
Call me whatever you want but if voicing my opinion is wrong then this isn't the multicultural country you just spoke about
And if I never showed any class in your opinion then what's makes this time any different?

seriously?
To further that,
This is arguably the largest annual outdoor car show put on in Calgary.
They have (at least in the past had) a rule that the only eligible participants to the show be 25years old, or older - I think I saw a rule of "19xx & prior" - but that too might still have been a part of the 25yo rule...
Next year, I should be able to bring my 'Rodney Dangerfield' car!!
...
Mark, please don't be so quick to offend, you know Jon, you know what he meant - I sure did.
When my family moved here after WWII, they were grateful, and although they did tend to be around other ethnically similar people, they adapted to Canadian society instead of trying to change Canada into the country they came from - which many people groups are doing these days.
There has been an attitude shift, from that of gratefulness for what a country has to offer to that of an attitude of entitlement.
I personally like the stance that Australia has taken in response to the people who want sharia law recognized - they have been told that if they want that law, they should move back to a country that uses that law, and been told something akin to "you are in Australia, you will recognize Australian laws".
This entitlement attitude has also spilled over into our healthcare system to the point that it is being abused by both people who feel they are owed stuff/services, and the paranoid who think the common cold is typhoid...

I completely agree with this! its getting to the point where our kids cant go to school unless they are wrapped in plastic wrap and eating nothing but an apple because it doesnt offend anyone elses religion or beliefs.
When i was growing up, i went to school in whatever the **** i wanted and when halloween came around, you better ******* believe i was in a dracula, power ranger or ninja costume. Or christmas, i said merry christmas...
Ill be at Driven, I am the model coordinator as well as have a booth most likely for Canada Motorcycle. Corvette might be in another booth as well..
