That sounds like a reasonable explanation.

What apparently Jordan failed to mention, is that his girlfriend has 'man-bits' in between his, err, her legs

Jordan, you're so progressive - in this day and age of trans-gender stuff, you're breaking the mold, and dating a guy under the pretence of him being a gal....

Speaking of which, have any of you caught any tidbits from the current "the amazing race; canada edition"?

N.S. brothers, transgender man among 'The Amazing Race Canada' contenders | CTV Atlantic News

I admit it, I watch this one;
The show isn't terrible, and I was actually bummed why that couple got bumped out of the race.

I don't have cable either;
We have "peasant-visions", and I opted for a tivo subscription to record the free stuff that I like... I have hours upon hours of tv if I so wish to watch...

Jamie has a netflix account, so if we aren't inclined to watch anything that hte tivo caught, then we have that too...

Cable TV is a gargantuan rip-off in my books...
It wasn't so bad at $30-50/month, but the current subscription rates for endless channels of garbage, with only a couple that most people like is only laughable...

I disconnected when shaw started migrating my favorite channels to digital only (requiring their proprietary dvr, making my tivo no longer compatible), and then raising to %70 was when I called it quits.

Some people don't realize that there is still free tv (conventionally called 'over the air', or as I call it 'peasant-vision' ~ it just requires a digital converter to descramble the over the air digital signal...

RE: meeting up - sounds fine.
You know me, I'm not too worried about adhering to any tight timeline... and if I was, I'd let you know.
I just ask that you keep me in mind

That's all you got?

Sheesh, I'm a lightweight, and even I can do better than that!

So I noticed something on a friends G5, that you could tell me;
Her car is an '05 sedan, but the trunk floor has this handy little latch that makes lifting it easy, and it doubles as a hanger for when you want the trunk floor up;
Did your car (2007?) have that?
Pontiac always did little things like this - frankly I really liked it...

Does your brother still have his Cobalt? - or did he move on?

So the car is running and apparently it's running pretty good. I bought a 2/4 lowering kit for my truck the other day, Going to be ordering a fuel cell here in the next couple of weeks and probably updating the fuel injection to multipoint i think. Gonna run me about $4k for that alone if I want to carry it over to my other engine

Ya it runs.

I think you'll get good gains with a new fuel system on the truck

the factory TBI weezes out the 454 in stock trim;
guys were making significant gains by ditching the factory TBI, and going to a carburetor.
200hp for a 454 is laughable.

I think a proper cam, pulley and a good fuel system will add at least 150hp to the 454

Won't get a cam. Just change injection systems and thats about it. With the way the ndp and liberal governments are going, i won't have any extra cash since they think i make too much
