Please get rid of him. Pole barn or not his business ethics are poor like Powell said. I can understand if you have other things going on in your life but you have to maintain your business and most of all not screw people over on orders and give them the cold shoulder.

not sure whats going on with ottp but i can tell you i have nothing but good experiences with them..... however that doesnt mean **** isnt hitting the fan..... regardless i hope other vendors provide a better service to us canadians, coz right now they are **** poor at best...... where as ottp never cared on what side of the border you are located.....

sub'd for results. when i ordered rack spacers they were here within 4 days, i never had to order anything else thou.

and yea it's a shame about BYT and all his problems, it seemed like everyone was pretty darn happy with his work when he was in his prime

Ordered a Catless pacesetter dp and oversized tensioner from them not too long ago, took a few monthes and a few emails to finally get them...then I had to take the DP somewhere to get it modified to fit my pacesetter header....needless to say I wished I would have just spent the change to get a zzp header/dp combo and sold the pacesetter.

Just to throw my 2cents in; I have delt with josh quite a few times and he has been a great person to work with. He has always gotten back to me(either PM or phone) within a day.

The only issue I had with OTTP was my stainless brake lines and it was due to the fact that I asked him to hold onto a few of my parts till I could order some more and reduce shipping costs; The lines were misplaced and after him tracking down what happened to them(a day or two), he overnighted them to me; It didn't affect me, but it was great to know that he went out of his way to help me out.

Unless **** hits the fan; I will be ordering from him in the near future

I am sorry for your loss, but that still does not answer the fact that I never received the balance shafts. I have texted, emailed, and called, but still no answer to any of them. You sent me an email that says shippment complete, but again it is not, at this time I just want my money back.

Well it's nice to see this post when I ordered my **** March 31st and still haven't gotten it. I now have to push back tuning and building because of this. The reason I went new was to avoid the bs you sometimes get when buying used.... Ha
