Josh made accommodations for me not during business hours to pick up an IC pump I needed on a Saturday. I definitely appreciate that.

I will definitely be going back to OTTP for more services.

I'm not having the greatest of experience's. I order a part from them about 6 months ago and have still yet to receive it. When I do talk to someone about it they tell it will be shipped in a week... Yet still no part arrives... :-(

I got a hold of them almost a month ago, and they told me my parts would be out in a week, but it seems like now they just said whatever to get me off there backs.

And I'm losing mine for them because of their poor customer service. People speak badly of Josh but I've also never had a problem with him. I just dealt with him again and we will see how this transaction goes.
