Josh hooks it up left and right and he is also like the only vendor doing ANYTHING with the LSJ. He never even registered with the BBB. And, honestly, I would love to hear his side of your vague complaints because there are always two sides.
I have been fucked over by ZZP and wrote all about it in my build thread. I even had them tell me they would fix it and then renig on that.
I just laugh at every one that bitches and trashes vendors. They are always the ones compaining no one supports the platform as well...

Most times I don't even respond to the BBB complaints I go right to the customer. They do nothing to help either side and I don't have the time to waste on them. Some of the complaints they get I can't even do anything about. Some of them are completely my fault and I try to fix them.
As for Charles complaint....
He ordered a stage 1 heat exchanger on 12-22-14 at about 12:45pm. It was shipped within an hour and picked up by UPS about 2-3pm. From about 1 pm to 3:30 pm Charles left 3 voicemails. The first 2 were the same message asking to cancel the order, one was sent to my cell phone and one to the office line. The last message Charles left was that he was filing a Paypal claim for the product and that we were a horrible company(I cleaned that up a little).
I got his messages and the Paypal claim at about 4pm because I check message's at 8am-12pm-4pm. I returned his call and he didn't answer so I left him a message explaining the situation and that since he had filed a Paypal claim I would be dealing with Paypal on it.
The Paypal claim was that his account was used without his permission(fraud). Paypal settled the claim in our favor on the 12-28-14.
Today Charles contacted me wishing to return the item. I explained to him that we couldn't accept a return because of the pending Paypal case(I didn't know at this time that it had been settled already). He said it had been settled and I checked and found the same.
I advised him to login to his account with us and request an RMA number. He said that his account was locked so I looked into it and found that it had been locked back in 2011 for a different Paypal claim. I don't know how he was able to even order with a locked account.
Because of his claim history and the way that he handled this last order I denied his return request and let him know that his account will remain locked.

Looks like Charles has a bad temper and is impatient.
You get further with kindness than being an *******. You tried to **** Josh and OTTP and now you are mad that they wont help you; sorry buddy, you screwed yourself.
Try being honest and not running around filing fraud claims and blowing up people's phone lines.

Josh at ottp is a dick. If I lived closer i would go by and give him what he deserves. This is the second time I have had prolems with him on confiscating my computer and the second time 3 yrs after for locking my account and not letting me refund a new in the box part. Do yourself a favor DONT deal with this trash. Go to ZZP

I have bought a bunch of items from Josh and OTTP. I have never had any problems. Josh has always gone above and beyond to help me every time. For example black Friday i wanted to get axles and i thought shipping was to high he explained that the shipping quote were sometimes high and he gave me a great deal. he has always been professional and I have had great experience with him and ottp. I will continue to be a customer with them because of it.

I've only dealt with Josh/OTTP one time and it was an easy transaction, my products were as advertised, and shipped fairly quickly.

Ottp truly is over the top with their customer service, they honored a sale price for me one day after the sale ended, I did have the item in my cart and was planning to purchase in the morning. They guys r awesome, definitely repeat customer here!
