Did you check the "faulty" ballast on the other side to see if it works? And yes, both sides are on different circuits. Also, make sure your ground off the ballast or wiring harness is connected and is not lose or broken

Sounds like a bad ground or bad relay. The relay harness is what hooks into the ballast and your cars light harness. Depending on the relay you have it could be commanded by one side for both lights or you have a relay for each side. I just walking into work or I'd snag a pic of mine (not sure if you have morimoto mini's or the g3's)

Also mike is a busy guy just had his 3rd ( or 4th?) daughter, also they worked for 2yrs and suddently stopped working I'm guessing its not installer error, if they didn't work from the start then its installer error.

I bought a set of basic retrofits from him this week. He told me that he had to make a couple of sets before mine. I'm cool with that as long as I'm not waiting months. My opinion is don't offer something if it cannot be done in a reasonable time. I'm patient, and my factory head lights work just fine for the time being.

I went into this purchase seeing some of the problems people have had with him, and how he responds to a lot of people when they ask him about the product they receive or if they have issues with it. I'm going to maintain a positive anticipation about the product I paid over $500 for, and expect assistance when needed.

Then some steady updates would be nice. "Hey Trey, just dropping you an update email. I've got "x" more sets to make before yours, thank you for your patience." Good customer service goes a LONG way. That's part of my daily job, and let me tell you, when my customers feel appreciated and see that they aren't just another customer number, it pays off.

If I go months without hearing anything from Mike, I'll gladly allow paypal to refund my money and take it elsewhere.

I will say this though. I did receive an email from PayPal stating that Mike had already printed a shipping label for my order. I'll gladly wait, but like I said, I'm not waiting forever.

I don't want him to fix them for free. I just needed info as to what could be going on and if he had the parts or knows where i can get the parts from. I am selling the G5 and all the parts off it and im not going to sell someone a set of headlights that dont work.

They look nice when they work lol

You realize you only have like 45 days to file a claim right?

Yes sir. I think 45 days is ample time to give me a time frame on when they'll ship out. Wouldn't you agree?
