2010 has them from the factory because they made so many RPDs, expecting more people to buy them when they built the car, that they had enough for every 2010 model to have one. It was an option on 08 and 09 though so you're all correct.

end of year 08's and early 09's did have the porous block issue FYI... do a google search, kind of a big deal

**correction, yes 08's did not have it as an option... though you can still install them if you're handy with a soldering iron and don't mind metric units, once installed in an 08 you can't switch to imperial units.
