He's an idiot. Race him at the track and bring someone w/ a video camera to sit in the stands cause he'll never admit he lost unless you have proof...
On a side note, if it really is RWD, he's done a lot more than an intake and you could have a problem

You're out of warranty. Go buy a hub/pulley kit from Nate (nbherst or something on here) and drop in larger injectors w/ your choice of pulley. Find someone in your area that can tune and have at it...
EDIT: There, Nate's having a sale - https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...highlight=Nate

It depends on your power goals.
Injectors - http://www.ottperformance.com/Cobalt...duct_info.html
If you're not going to go all out on the cooling mods, I say stick w/ a 2.9" pulley ring...
You're going to want to pick up a GM Stage II belt as well.
The nice thing w/ Nate's setup is you can always order another pulley if you decide to upgrade cooling components and drop pulley size.

They are not to be taken lightly...I had a stock 6 speed 02 maxima that went 14.3 with a lousy 2.38 60ft time. The 04+ style is a tad heavier then the 00-03's but they are nowhere even close to 4500lbs. Id say you're up against a consistant 14.5-14.7 car which you could beat...just dont mess up.

If he owns the car and doesn't know its FWD he deserves to get his ass handed to him!
Both the Maxima and Altima SE-R's are slow. Well slower then my M anyways. They sure look good tho! And I love the wheels.

Maxima's weigh 3473 not 4500 plus. the GVWR is 4570 but thats is how much the vehicle and as much cargo as you can put in it. so basically 3473 pound car and you can have 1097 pounds of cargo(driver, passengers, stuff in the trunk etc)
