About the engine noisy of 07 cobalt ss/sc

Hi guys, I'm looking for a cobalt ss/sc. But the car has this engine sound. I dont know whether its normal for this car. If not how much would it cost to fix it?

Pull the plug on the head and check for a broken timing chain guide bolt. It's happening a lot now as they get higher and higher mileage.
