Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. You should have included the cracked case as part of your first post. So when you say they shafts were binding, what makes you think that? And how are the shafts failing?

i know they are binding because of the vibration at speeds from 20 to about 30 ish and the vibrations are eating my axles hell me new axles that i just got last week or 2 weeks are already clicking.

The string was more for you to see what everyone is saying about the mount.
Im pretty sure the 'cardboard' theory is what is happening.
It would cause axle binding.
Having a solid engine mount and loading up the trans housing (rotating the trans with mounts while the engine is being held still) would also cause your housing to break apart when you put strain on it.
Basically. Installing a solid mount and rotated trans mounts twisted your trans and threw off the axle geometry.
Lowering it made this worse.
With the trans already twisted and the axles binding, when you threw all that torque at it there was no where for the added pressure to go except through the case.

Ok then it's a polly mount idk why I said solid. It's the zzp bilet aluminum poly mount. So I'm good their. random since I can't get the car on the lift till the trans is in. Do you think ottp Stg 2 rotated mounts will help when tq in the right sequence

That I dont know. If they are ligned up when you put the through bolts in there shouldnt be an issue. Someone with more knowledge about ZZP products would be a better person to ask.
Ive got Powell rotated mounts, custom hard poly engine mount (trans rotation taken into consideration) and Im on sportlines.
A 'bad' tune had me running 30psi and I havent had any axle/trans issues.
