grinding reverse

Ok so as it says. Reverse is grinding. Sometimes it won't even let me in to the gear. But when it does it grinds. I tried all the little tricks i.e. first to reverse fifth to reverse pretty much all to reverse, double clutch, moving forward a bit. No matter what it still grinds. All other gears shift fine. Any ideas?

Put the shifter in 4th and either pull out your cup holders and move the clamp or remove the trim around the shifter.

There's a post around here somewhere on how to adjust it.
